One End User Cannot View a Price List Using a Specific Responsibility But Other Users Can View the Price List Using Same Responsibility (Doc ID 2189953.1)

On :  12.1.3 version, Price List

A user (AAA) is not able to view ABC% price list from responsibility XYZ.
However, other users can view ABC% price list using the same responsibility XYZ.

Pricing security is enabled.
For the price list(s) in question, maintain privilege is granted at the operating unit level

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. As user: AAA
3. Responsibility:XYZ
4. Navigate to: Price Lists > Price List Setup
     Shortname: QPXPRLST
5. Query ABC% for price list name
 Click torch and type ABC% and find
--Cannot view price list(s).
