Payroll Dashboard - Tab Key Not Working When Entering Data Into Date Earned & Paid Column (Doc ID 2190142.1)

Symptoms

Cursor goes into the browser when TAB key is pressed after entering data in Date Earned or Date Paid column on Payroll Dashboard page.



Steps to reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Click in "Payroll Name" field (which is already populated with a value > Press TAB > Cursor goes to magnifying glass icon for "Payroll Name" > Press TAB
2) Cursor goes to "Consolidation Set Name (which is already populated with a value) > Press TAB > Cursor goes to magnifying glass icon for "Consolidation Set Name" > Press TAB
3) Cursor goes to "Date Earned" field (which is blank) - it acts like it is trying to load dates (says "loading") > Selected value for example: 12-Aug-2016 > Page refreshes and Cursor goes to the Top
4) Placed cursor back in Data Earned > Tab > Click in the "Date Paid" field (which is blank) > Press Tab > Cursor goes to calendar icon for "Date Paid" and calendar displays - select date for example: 26-Aug-2016
5) Application takes cursor to the top of the browser page > Press TAB > Cursor goes to "Element Set Name" field (which is blank) > Press TAB
6) Cursor goes to magnifying glass icon for "Element Set Name" > Press TAB > Cursor goes to "Assignment Set Name" field (which is blank) > Press TAB
7) Cursor goes to magnifying glass icon for "Assignment Set Name" > Press TAB > Cursor goes to "Run Type" field (which has a value)
8) Press TAB > Cursor goes to magnifying glass icon for "Run Type" > Press TAB > Cursor goes to "Process" button
