Symptoms

Item Cost History form shows confusing value of intransit transaction when FOB is
shipment and at the same time TRANSACTION_UOM and PRIMARY_UOM is different
between two intransit organizations.
The corresponding form shows the data from receipt organization side with
transaction_uom of shipment organization not based on receipt organization uom.
