UPK: What is the Build Number for and why does the Service Pack Information not Display? (Doc ID 2190555.1)

We have attempted to upgrade UPK multi-user client to on Windows 7 Professional, however, the build number has not updated and the Service Packs information does not display.

Q: What would cause the Service Pack information to not display?
