Cannot Close Period - Dummy Draft Revenues Exist Which Cannot Be Found (Doc ID 2190611.1)

When attempting to close the PA period, the following error is reported by the "EXC: Transaction Exception Details by GL Period" report:

Exception Reason : The new line is not processed by the PRC: Generate Revenue Accounting Events concurrent program
Corrective Action : Please run the PRC: Generate Revenue Accounting Events concurrent program

When reviewing draft revenues, one can find only some of the them under Billing> Revenue Review form, while the pa_draft_revenues_all table shows more revenues for the project.
