Service Contracts Page Does Not Show Coverage And Coverage Details

Symptoms

In 12.2.5 the Service Contracts Page no longer shows Coverage and Coverage Details for a given contract.
Also the column “Details” in the Business Processes section where we expect to see an icon which allows us to see Coverage Times, Reaction Times, Resolution Times is empty.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

Choose Responsibility 'Service Contracts Manager'.
Navigate to 'Contract Administration' -> 'Contract Search'.
Open contract with coverage.
Click on 'Line Summary'.
Select one of the lines.
Click on 'Coverage'.
