Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When selecting the Edit option within the Enter Requisition flow the form expands to display the Requisition Header and Approval Chain but the region of the form that should display the Line information simply "hangs" with the "Loading..." animation displayed.

-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click Edit
2. Go to Approval region
Or
1. Go to Requisitions > Requisitions page
2. Enter search criteria
3. See the Loading with three blue strips
