Symptoms
In your External System configuration you have selected the checkbox
This is selected because you expect the transaction acknowledgement to be received by OTM when sending via synchronous protocol.
The 'Trans Acknowledgement Expected' check box specifies if the transmission acknowledgement status should be used as the status of the transmission.
When you select this checkbox, outbound transmissions are failing.
When the checkbox is not selected, outbound transmissions are succeeding.
