Find Previous Requests Returns All Values After RPC4 Patch

Goal
After applying RPC4 Patches, the Concurrent Manager Form's 'Submit Request Copy feature has changed with the patch. Prior to RPC4 Patch when using the copy feature, users are able to modify the parameter from the copied report.
In FNDRSRUN.fmb 120.44.12010000.126, now seeing the following:
• No longer able to modify the parameter fields when we “copied” from a previous report.
• The LOV on the prior requests appears to display all the reports instead of only the ones that recently ran, and irrespective of the application's responsibility.
• The ‘Select the Number of Days to View: 30’ shows excessive days despite having set FND: Default Request Days to 7.
