ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

istore request help option not visible in actions menu in shopping cart  

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After enabling profile (IBE: Use Sales Assistance Feature) and completing related setup, expect to see "Request for Help" from cart actions.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to istore
2. From Cart, check available Actions
3. Note request help is not of them
