Symptoms

When attempting to drilldown from journal enter form, the following error occurs. This happens for all batches and all subledgers' journals.

ERROR:
You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance

EXCEPTION DETAILS:

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Application: FND, Message Name: FND_GENERIC_MESSAGE. Tokens: MESSAGE = oracle.jbo.InvalidObjAccessException: JBO-25036: An invalid object operation was invoked on type View Object with name FndApplicationVO_34264;

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using General Ledger Responsibility
2. Journals > Enter > Pick a batch
3. Attempt to Drilldown
4. See the Error on the screen
