Symptoms
When attempting to import journal from purchasing India source ,
the following error occurs.

EU02 - This journal entry is unbalanced and suspense posting is not allowed in this ledger.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. General Ledger responsibility> Journals > Import > Run
2. Query the ledger and source
3. Submit the journal import

Due to this issue, users cannot import journals to GL
