Symptoms
When attempting to upload a file into a document in the Knowledge Base editor the following error is displayed:
Errors
"This file could not be uploaded because the file size exceeds the limit of 15360 bytes."
"This file could not be uploaded because the file size exceeds the limit of 15360 bytes."
Steps
(R) Email Center Administration
(N) Home > Knowledge Base > Documents > Publish Document
Click on Upload a file
Select file
The error above is displayed.
