Symptoms
On : 12.2.4 version, OPM Mobile
When attempting to use existing reservation in issue ingredient page, the Use Rsrv field is not showing the reservation and has value of 'N' and
the following error occurs. Note Function Parameter TXN_MODE is set to BOTH.
