Not Able to See 'Assigned To' in Change Task of Change Order When Group Is Assigned

When creating a change order with change task associated to it , not able to see "Assigned To" in the change task.
When group is assigned to change task, "Assigned To" becomes blank from change page.
Enable to see"Assigned To" in the change task correctly.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Group
==>The task template is assigned to the change order, but there is no person/group we can see in "Assigned To".
But if checking the task template, it is assigned in the setup.
