Bulk Plan Fails To Plan All The Selected Orders with "Java.lang.NullPointerException" Error

Symptoms
There is a Equipment constraint on Itinerary Leg. Equipment max width is 2.51 M. Multiple Order Movements's are selected and Bulk Planned (such that one of the OM's ship unit has a width of 2.6 M and the ship unit width of the other OM ship unit is less than the Equipment max width). Now the whole bulk plan fails with java.lang.NullPointerException.
Expectation is that system has to plan all OM's and fail to plan only the OM which has the ship unit width of 2.6M
STEPS
--------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select 2 Order Movements and plan them such that one of the OM's ship unit has a width of 2.6 M and the ship unit width of the other OM ship unit is less than the Equipment max width
2. Complete Bulk Plan fails
