Cannot Change Item Attribute "Tracked In Installed Base" In Master Item Form (INVIDITM)

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to enable Track in Install Base item attribute (check box) in the Service tab of Master Item form (INVIDITM), the following error occurs if there exists open Move Order Lines.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Inventory Responsibility
2. Items > Master Items
3. Query Item and enable Track in Install Base item attribute (check box) in the Service tab of Master Item form (INVIDITM)
