Symptoms
User is attempting to close an Outside Processing WIP Job but the WIP JOB remains stuck in status 'Failed Close'.

1. Attempt Wip JOB Close
The logfiles for the WIP jobs indicate the following message:
The following jobs failed the close process for the following reason:
The Purchase Order linked to this job/schedule has not been fully delivered.
