Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When sending an AllocationBase XML outbound from OTM, the integration is failing with the following exception:

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected to be able to transmit messages outbound successfully with no exceptions.


STEPS
---------------
1. Send an outbound transmission from OTM for an interface.
2. The transmission will fail and the above exception is thrown.
