Experiencing inconsistency with the Workflow agent listeners going down randomly or unexectedly
Notice that there is a Schedule Event configured to Automatically Stop and Start the Workflow Agent Listener:
in this case the Workflow Inbound Notifications Agent Listener
This has been working just fine for Months and Month but now we notice that the Start and Stop times have changed to some random time of the day. Originally they were scheduled for Stop at 6:00 am and Start at 6:20 am. Now both of the times show the same time12:37pm for the start and stop. This cause the listener to go down because the events for start and stop get executed at the same time now.
