Service Requests Created From A Recall Are Missing The Item Instance and Serial Number (Doc ID 2192680.1)

Symptoms

On 12.2.4 -

Service Requests created from a recall are missing Item Instance and Serial Number.

Steps:

1. Create a Recall in depot repair
2. Add Item Instance(s)
3. Save. Generate Recall work, which will create Service Requests for each of the selected Instances.
4. Update Recall
5. Get confirmation message: "The recall has been updated successfully".

=> Under Details tab > Recall Details, the Item information -Item Instance and Serial number on Service Request- are missing.
