File Names With Spaces Are Truncated When Downloading Attachments in Service Request Form

On : 12.1.3 version, Service Request Form

When trying to open/download the file name which contains spaces in the service request attachment, the file name gets truncated at the first space and saved.

When click on "Open Document" button for the selected attachment in the SR form, the file name should get save as it is. It should not truncate at the first space in the filename

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Service (R) -> Service Requests -> Create Service Request
2. Create the service request and click on attachment icon in the menu.
3. Attach the file which contains the spaces in the name (eg: the file name is "4809_@@@_CHEC-1892 10679352"
4. Click on Save
5. Click on 'Open Document'. the file name gets truncated at the first space in the filename when opening/saving.
