R11i :R12: OIE: Where Is the ITEM_DESCRIPTION Derived from in the AP_EXPENSE_REPORT_LINES_ALL in R11i, R12 and R12.2.x? (Doc ID 2193065.1)

Goal

There appears to be a change in behavior with regards to table data in OIE between 11I/12.1.3 and 12.2.5 in how the item_description field is populated in the ap_expense_report_lines_all lines table.  The following is observed:

R11i/R12.0.x/R12.1.x
ap_expense_report_params_all.PROMPT -> ap_expense_report_lines_all.item_description


R12.2.x
ap_expense_report_params_all.WEB_FRIENDLY_PROMPT -> ap_expense_report_lines_all.item_description

Why is this occurring?
