Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
In Oracle Warehouse Management, when a serial item is transferred into a locator after performing full cycle count, it is not taken into consideration and an adjustment quantity is updated in the cycle count entry even though the quantity counted = system quantity.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
In Oracle Warehouse Management, when a serial item is transferred into a locator after performing full cycle count, it should be taken into consideration and no adjustment quantity should be required.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Run the 'Perform full cycle count'
2) Transfer a serial item into a locator
3) Perform counting using the mobile gun of the respective item in the locator - the quantity on the gun is correct and equal to the quantity counted.
4) The adjustment quantity -1 is updated in the cycle count entry even though the quantity counted = system quantity
