ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
During upgrade for EBS from 11.5.10.2 to R12.2.0. the script xlaaxuar.sql is running more than 7HRS.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. adpatch options=nocopyportion,nogenerateportion driver=u_merged.drv workers=32 logfile=u_merged_ORFC.log
