OLM: How To Remove Tabs From OLM Administrator Menu (''Content'', ''Finance'', ''Setup'') (Doc ID 2193513.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
 
When the Users given with the "Oracle Learning Management Administrator" responsibility and the "Learning Enrollment Administrator" role still can see the tabs such as ''Content'', ''Finance'', ''Setup''.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected that the only tabs visible will be the "Learning Enrollment Administrator" tabs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From User Management add the Learning Management Administrator to the user.
2. Log in as the user.
3. Open Oracle Learning Management Administrator, the only visible tabs at the main menu should be the Learner Administrator.
4. All tabs are visible even we the changes to the roles.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot change the roles to the user as they want to do.
