Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :

In Item Instance Search screen the button Views is not visible for all users

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:

In Item Instance Search screen the button Views should be visible for all users

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Choose Oracle Installed Base Responsibility
2. Go to Item Instance Search
3. Observe the button Views missing on some users
