Enable Structured Terms for Reporting Selection does not Apply to Revision (Doc ID 2193871.1)

On : 12.2.4 version, Contract Terms Authoring

Enable Structured Terms for Reporting selection does not apply to revision

Customer has a contract at revision 0 which has an attached document as the contract source, with no structured terms for reporting.

Creating a revision to that contract so that I can use the 'Structured Terms for Reporting' Functionality. When I go to the contract details and tick the selection box and select apply, nothing happens.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create new contract with an attached document as the source for contract terms. Do not select the 'Enable Structured Terms for Reporting' box.
2. Approve contract
3. Create revision of contract
4. Update contract terms
5. Update contract details
6. Tick 'Enable Structured Terms for Reporting' option
7. Select 'Apply'

Page does not revert back to the contract terms page.

Similarly, if I change the contract administrator and select apply, the page does not appear to do anything however when I go back to the contract terms page the contract administrator has been updated. I am just unable to apply the structured terms for reporting to the revision.
