Error Raised While Navigating from One Item Instance to Another

In Install Base, when attempting navigate to contracts the following error occurs.


You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the install base user user responsibility
2. Go to contracts
3. Open the Notes and attachments
4. Come back to instance search page again
5. Open another Item Instance
6. Go to contracts
