PM Schedule With List Dates Generates Multiple Work Orders (Doc ID 2193986.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
A PM schedule with a lead time of 90 days is created. The first work order cycle is 1, is worked on, and is now in 'Ready to schedule' status. Subsequent PM generations (scheduled weekly) have created additional work orders with incrementing cycle numbers.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Cycle numbers should not increment.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Enterprise Asset Management
2. Navigation: Preventative Maintenance > Schedule Definition
3. List date is set to a future date.
4. Work orders generate every time PM generation is run, even though the first one has been generated and is ready to work on.
