The Consolidation Data Set submission form is submitting consolidations more then once causing duplicate consolidation journals.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Attempting to submit consolidations via a Consolidation Data Set querying all mappings associated with it.
Example - 10 mappings have been assigned to this set.
All mappings have a subsidiary period populated except one (as an example).
2) Select all mappings to submit and receive a form error. Please enter a period/date for mapping... which is a correct error as one mapping does not have a period defined in our example.
3) Now add the period (or de-select this mapping) and then resubmit the consolidation.
4) Finding that both submission have kicked off consolidation runs. The first run that generated the error was not expected or recognized by the form but did submit for all non-errored mappings.
