Last updated on NOVEMBER 13, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle Inventory Management - Version 12.1.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
You find that, even though limits are set and the amount to be adjusted is above those limits, cycle count adjustments are approved automatically.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Users expect the adjustments to be submitted for approval if the adjustment amounts are above tolerance limits

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Cycle Count for specific subinventories
2. Set Adjustment Approval tolerance as: Adjustment value:+-500
3. Do not define Approval tolerance for the Cycle count Classes
4. In the Cycle Count Adjustment Approvals Summary form there is no value for some of the Cycle count adjustments for certain items.
