OSN Supplier Catalog Updates By Supplier Is Failing

One of suppliers has tried sending in a new file via OSN but the transmissions are not displaying in the Monitor tab. They made 5 attempts and of the 5 received 2 different control numbers, which they are not able to find and are not visible on OSN side either.
