Error While Creating Service Request From EBusiness Center Form (Doc ID 2194180.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.5.10.2 version, Oracle TeleSales eBusiness Center > Service Request tab

When attempting to click on Service Request tab in the e-business center form the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Contact point is not valid. Please check the values for the following.
Party , Contact point and Contact point type.
API Programnming Error. CS_ServiceRequest_UTIL.Validate_Per_Contact_Point_Id


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Telesales(R) -> eBusiness center. Enter the account number.
2. Click on Service Request tab.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create service for the customer in the e-business center form.
