Symptoms


After End dating the Lookups which are used as an LOV in the extended attribute setup, Observed that incidents which use those end dated lookups are not able to open in Agent Dashboard page



ERROR

java.lang.NullPointerException at oracle.apps.cs.csz.cicfwk.webui.CICAttrSingleColCO.renderAttributes(CICAttrSingleColCO.java:384)




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

End Date any lookup related to Agent Dashboard page and try to open the SR which include end dated lookup.

Application Developer -> Define Lookups-> End Date any lookup

Open Customer Support -> Agent Dashboard -> Open any SR which includes end dated lookup as LOV -> Check the result
