Symptoms

On : 12.1 version, State Quarterly Wage Listings

When attempting to submit the State Periodic Wage Listing Oregon after application of Quarter 3 2016 patch, 24584952 the following error occurs.

2. Submit the Multiple State Periodic Wage Listing (SPWL) and it fails with error
