ORA-20001: HR_51356_UTILITY_PIPE_TIMEOUT:
ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_MESSAGE", line 509
ORA-06512: at "APPS.HR_UTILITY", line 417
ORA-06512: at "APPS.HR_UTILITY", line 449
....

or

APP-PAY-51356: Timeout while writing to dbms_pipe.  You must run monitor the trace pipe using PYUPIP if trace is enabled.
