Goal

OE_Order_PUB.Process_Line API does not use "MO_GLOBAL.init('ONT')" code.

When MO: Security Profile has set up value, OE_Order_PUB.Process_Line API occur error.
But MO: Security Profile has blank value, OE_Order_PUB.Process_Line API did not occur error.
