Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After updating the display order of a subsection in the iStore Admin UI,
 the change is not reflected in the Customer UI.
 
 
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to see the items in the order defined by the Section: Display Order

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. iStore Administrator - Update Section > Display Order
2. Use the reordering shuttle table to reorder items
3. Access Customer UI and the order displayed does not match the order defined in the admin ui
