Finding Item on Price List Errors with ORA-01427 : Single-row Subquery Returns More Than One Row (Doc ID 2195557.1)

Problem Statement
When attempting to do FIND for an item on a price list
the following error occurs.

ORA-01427 : Single-row subquery returns more than one row

Notes
Observations:

1.As we go through the Price List line we could see a line with no Product Context and Product Attribute.
2.When we tried deleting the record it shows a new Item line.

Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility: Oracle Pricing Manager
2. Navigate to: Price Lists > Price List Setup
3. Query price list
4. Place the cursor on a record under list lines tab
5. Click on Find icon/torch and enter
   product attribute context = Item
   product attribute = Item Number
   product value = <enter part number>
   Click on Find (b)
   Results in error
   Error : ORA-01427: Single-row subquery returns more than one row
   
   

Additional Potential Symptoms

One may have run the EBS Advanced Pricing Analyzer <Doc ID 2676826.1> that identified the data corruption in the qp_pricing_attributes_table.
