Symptoms


When attempting to pick release, Pick Selection List Generation program that gets triggered automatically, completes with Warning and the concurrent program log shows following error:

Pick selection completed with warning.
SHIP_FROM_LOC_ID ==> -1
LINE/CONTAINER ID ==> -1
DOC_SET_ID ==> -1

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Order Management Super User Responsibility
  2.  Shipping
  3.  Release Sales Orders
  4.  Enter Release criteria
  5.  Click on Concurrent button,Pick Selection List Generation Program gets submitted automatically
  6.  Go to View>Requests>View Requests
  7.  Notice that Pick Selection List Generation Program completes with Warning
  8.  Click on View Log to  view the log details
  9.  Notice above mentioned log messages in the Pick Selection List Generation Program log file
