Using BI Publisher Bursting Of Email From EBS 12.1.3 The Date Header In Emails Is Not Populating (Doc ID 2195841.1)

Symptoms

When a user emails a report using BI Publisher / XML Publisher bursting functionality,
it is not populating the date header in the emails (orig-date).

This does not meet the standards of email RFC 5322 and emails are being marked as spam and deleted.

X-Amavis-Alert: BAD HEADER SECTION, Missing required header field: "Date"
