Information in this document applies to any platform.
When downloading a budget to WebADI, the columns include periods beyond the resource's assignment. When this same information is viewed in the application, only the relevant periods are shown. For example:
Project Dates: 01-JAN-2016 to 31-DEC-2016
Resource assignment: 01-JAN-2016 to 30-JUN-2016
Period profile is created as follows:
1 marked as current period
FEB-16 through JUN-16
Go into the plan version and select 'Edit in Excel':
'JUN-15 To DEC-15' , 'JAN-16 FEB-16 To JUN-16', 'JUL-16 To JUL-17' and 'AUG-17 To AUG-18' -- the last two columns are blank, but enterable.
This is the only resource on the project so the last two columns should not be updateable: 'JUL-16 To JUL-17' and 'AUG-17 To AUG-18'
