Symptoms
On : 12.2.5 version, Purchase Order
When attempting to AUTOCREATE PO from Blanket Release where Requisition is created in MRP
the following error occurs.
Confirmed there is no issue with PO Account Generator generating charge account on a manually created order.
Error:
APP-PO-14090: Document was not created.
Possible causes:
1) An exception occurred in the PO Account Generator workflow during the document creation process.
2) Some other error occurred during the document creation process.
Replication Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From the purchasing responsibility
2. launch autocreate form
3. Fetch requisition and try autocreating
Changes
The customer is seeing this issue after upgrading from 12.2.3 to 12.2.5.
