When attempting to submit a Timecard with empty fields, mismatching error shows.
Message of validation for empty mandatory fields used for submitting action is expected to be triggered
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use OTL Self Service user responsibility
2. Go to Time Entry and create a new project type of timecard
3. Complete all the fields excepting field Code of account or the Activity Detail Code
4.Save and met invalid error message
