Dynamic Questionnaire not suggested during supplier pre-qualification process.

Create multiple questionnaires and associated them with supplier profile attributes like 'Common' and 'Supplier Type'. Created a
prospective supplier registration request and submitted it for approval. When the buyer tries to create the pre-qualification assessment for the
supplier, the application doesn't suggest the questionnaires dynamically as expected.

The system recommends only the questionnaire associated with the 'Common' profile attribute. It doesn't recommend the questionnaire
associated with the supplier types such as 'Direct Material' or 'Indirect.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Prospective supplier registers on the company website.
2. Prospective reg request arrives in the buyer company for review/approval.
3. Buyer reviews the request and tries to create a pre-qualification assessment using the pre-defined questionnaires associated with the supplier's profile.
4. Buyer notices that the system doesn't suggest any questionnaire based on the supplier type. But it does suggest the questionnaire associated with 'Common'.
