R12.TXK.C.Delta.8 Patch Failing For Instance With Custom Schema With Error 'ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied'

E-Business Suite 12.2.3 Applications DBA, Upgrade related issues

When attempting to apply R12.TXK.C.Delta.8 patch fhe following error occurs:

one running adaaddlb.pls for YMS

sqlplus -s XXCUS/***** @/u01/app_home/oracle/fs2/EBSapps/appl/ad/12.0.0/patch/115/sql/adsqlwrapper.sql '/u01/app_home/oracle/fs2/EBSapps/appl/ad/12.0.0/patch/115/sql/adaddls.pls ***** XXCUS *****'
ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied

An error occurred while running a SQL*Plus script.

Continue as if it were successful :

AutoPatch could not find a response to the above prompt
in the defaults file.

The patch has FAILED,
Please check the adpatch logs for more details.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Apply R12.TXK.C.Delta.8 <Patch 21830810>

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot upgrade AD/TXK code level.
