On : 188.8.131.52 version, Database for Application Technology
After enabling Fine Grain auditing (FGA Policies) on EBS Application tables, for a few records, CLIENT_ID column is NULL in DBA_FGA_AUDIT_TRAIL table where the OBJECT_NAME is FND_USER.
