Unable to change price manually for return orders following error occurs

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Super User
2. Orders/Returns
3. Sales Orders
4. Create Return Order
5. Manually try to change the price on the return line.
6. Get error:
