Shipment Reference Numbers Cannot be Viewed in the OTM Mobile Application (Doc ID 2196746.1)

The Mobile User Shipment Reference Number Qualifier has been defined in a user preference and assigned to a mobile user. The shipment reference number is not visible in the mobile application.

It is expected to be able to see the reference number related to the shipment.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Configuration and Administration -> Preferences -> User Preferences
2. For the user preference currently assigned to the mobile user, define a value for Mobile User Shipment Reference Number Qualifier 1 and Mobile User Shipment Reference Number Qualifier 2.
3. Save the user preference
4. Login to OTM using the mobile application with the user that uses the modified user preference.
5. The shipment reference numbers will not be visible.
